The service

AdLab reads a website or script you give us, writes a campaign, and renders video, images and text using third-party AI models. Output is generated automatically. We do not promise any particular result, ranking, reach, engagement or sales outcome.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything created under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Do not share one account across separate businesses on a plan sold for one.

Plans, credits and payment

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe.
• Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period. Unused plan allowance does not roll over.
• Top-up credits are used only after your plan allowance is spent. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• Credit rates may change as model pricing changes, with 30 days' notice.
• Renders that fail are refunded to your balance automatically. A retry after a failure is free.

Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current period. See our refunds and cancellation policy.

Generated content

You can download and use the video, images and text you generate, including commercially, as far as we are able to grant that. AdLab does not claim ownership of your output. However, output is produced by third-party models, and their terms also apply to it — including any restrictions on generating likenesses, trademarks, or particular categories of content. We cannot guarantee that generated output is unique, non-infringing, or clear of third-party rights, so review it before you publish or spend money on it.

Your content and the sites you submit

You confirm you have the right to use the website, brand, product images and copy you submit. You grant us the licence needed to process them to produce your campaign. See our acceptable use policy for what may not be created.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. Models, prices, features and providers can change. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
