Do not generate

• Content about a business, brand or product you have no right to advertise.
• Real people's faces, voices or likenesses without their permission, including public figures.
• Third-party trademarks, logos or packaging presented as your own.
• Claims you cannot substantiate: medical, financial, earnings, or guaranteed results.
• Sexual content, content involving minors, harassment, hate, or graphic violence.
• Content that promotes illegal products or services, scams, or malware.
• Deceptive political or election content, or anything designed to impersonate a person or organisation.

Automated and bulk use

Do not scrape the service, resell raw model access, share one account across separate businesses, or attempt to bypass credit limits or the free-render limits.

Enforcement

We can remove content, pause rendering, or close an account that breaks this policy, and we will refund unused credits when we close an account for a first, non-serious breach. Report abuse to support@adlab.ie. This policy forms part of our terms of service.
