What we collect

• Account details: email address, name if you give one, and login metadata.
• Content you submit: website URLs, scripts, product details, uploaded images and audio.
• Generated output: scripts, videos, images and posts created for you.
• Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Usage data: pages visited, renders started, errors, and coarse analytics used to keep the service working.
• Email marketing: your address if you ask for a sample or newsletter, until you unsubscribe.

Why we process it

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to bill you (contract and legal obligation), to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to send you marketing you asked for (consent, withdrawable at any time).

Who we share it with

• Hosting, database, storage and authentication infrastructure.
• AI model providers, to render your video, images, text and voiceover.
• Stripe, for payments and subscription management.
• Resend, to send transactional and marketing email.

Some of these providers process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Account and content data is kept while your account is open. Delete your account and we remove your projects, uploads and generated media within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting (typically six years) and minimal abuse-prevention logs.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@adlab.ie and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
